1 General Terms

88abc is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment services for players in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, and slot games. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 88abc and the user.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. Continued use of this platform means you agree to all terms.

1.1 User Eligibility

To open and use an account on this platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Operate only one account in your own name.
• Not operate an account on behalf of another person or any organisation.
• Be of sound mind and legally capable of entering into a contract independently.

1.2 Nature of Service

88abc provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only. Participation on this platform is entirely voluntary and at the user's own risk. There is a possibility of financial loss in online gaming and this must be kept in mind when participating.

2 Account & Registration

When opening an account with 88abc, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be cancelled and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out using your account.

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after signing in from a public computer or shared device.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88abc reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) where necessary. This process may require a national identity card, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

88abc offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed. Accepting a bonus means accepting the associated terms.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the current welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount.

Example: Wagering for a ৳1,200 bonus = ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonus and deposit funds are tracked separately.
• Certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering — please check the detailed terms for each bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

3.3 VIP Cashback Program

For regular players, 88abc's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's activity and consistency. Cashback is added to the balance every Monday and can be withdrawn directly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

88abc currently supports transactions through three major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via any method other than these three are not currently available.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• The correct reference number and transaction ID must be provided when making a deposit.
• A successful deposit is generally credited to the balance within a few minutes.
• Deposited funds can only be withdrawn via the same method used to deposit.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted — deposits must be made from an account in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• 88abc reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.

Note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on 88abc are conducted in a safe and transparent environment. Fair play and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are used to determine the outcome of all games.

5.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 88abc reserves the right to make adjustments in line with the correct result.
• If the internet connection is lost, active bets will remain saved in the system.

5.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

In sports betting, markets are managed in a safe and transparent manner. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though separate rules may apply for specific markets. Examples of different markets include: who will win a match, total number of runs or goals, and so on.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Providing false information or cheating in order to obtain a bonus.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or allowing them to use an account.

88abc reserves the right to conduct an investigation and take necessary action at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team. All valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-Exclusion as part of responsible gaming is also available.

7.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 88abc

88abc may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

If an account is cancelled for legitimate reasons, the account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8 Limitation of Liability

88abc is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, 88abc will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by third-party network or technical failures.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own errors.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances.
• The user's own disclosure of account security information.
• Losses resulting from fraudulent activity.
